We have been servicing, selling and supplying dictation equipment and their consumables for over 40 years

Repair Service
We can carry out repairs to the main makes and models of Dictation and Transcription machines and accessories.

Support
Based in Birmingham, but we cover a 25 mile radius for on site repairs if required.
Nine times out of Ten repairs are carried out on site, if we are unable to do this we will leave you a loan, until the repair has been completed by our service department and returned to you
Our support team is here to make sure things runs smoothly, so you can get on with other things.
Postal Service
All repairs are undertaken in house. We do not send repairs to a third party.
All work will be carried out within 2 working days of receipt.

Postal Service
- Pack and post machines to us
- We do ask that the machine is sent to us with an accompanying note describing the faults
- The repair will be handled quickly, efficiently, cleaned before it's returned
- Genuine manufacturer parts
- We will provide you with a quotation via phone or email before work is carried out.
- If equipment does not required returning we will disposed of at no charge.
